Are you looking for one 2 one with a Personal Trainer? Do you want to maximise your results and work closely with Victoria? This will ensure you reach your goals, whether it be weight loss, strength training or general health.

Joint PT Sessions

Are you looking for one 2 one training for you and a friend or partner? This enables you to share the cost but still have the benefit of a Personal Trainer, it makes training more fun if you're with a friend or partner.£25 each Per Hour
